Telecom Resale Specialist

Established in January 2019, Alphalake Ai is a managed automation and AI services company driving digital health transformation in healthcare and life science. We specialise in intelligent automation, RPA, data and decision making science, AI app development and remote working solutions.

Our main customer in the  UK is the National Health Service (NHS) , whilst we have recently started exploring new markets in the Middle East and Australia. We have a team who work in India with a view to establishing India as a global tech support hub for our aspiring global business.

The Opportunity

As a Telecom Resale Specialist, your primary role is to facilitate the resale of telecommunications services to businesses and individuals. This involves managing the entire process of reselling telecom services, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

 

Summary Of The Role

Prospecting and Sales:

  • Contact leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
  • Identify potential customers and opportunities for telecom resale
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
  • Present telecom solutions and services to prospective clients

Customer Acquisition:

  • Convert leads into paying customers through effective sales techniques
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase resale business

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom products, services, and industry trends
  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of telecom services

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and trends

Preferred Qualification

Although open to all graduates, knowledge and experience in the following subjects may improve your chances:

  • 10th, 12th, Any Bachelor or Any Masters.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
